Ackerman Fields (West Ashley)
Take I-26 East towards Charleston. Take the Cosgrove Exit (exit
216-A). After the first traffic light (Orange Grove Rd) turn
slightly to the left at the fork in the road onto SC-171 South.
Travel about 2 miles and turn right onto Sycamore Avenue. The
entrance to the fields will be the second left (dirt road behind
the shopping center and Ryan's Steak House). |
Ansonborough (Charleston)
From US 17 South (Ashley River Bridge) get in the far right
lane and veer to the right and continue to the right onto
Lockwoood Dr., then get into the left lane and turn left at
stoplight (Calhoun St.), stay on Calhoun St. all the way until it
dead ends into the SC Aquarium, turn right on Concord St.,
Ansonborough Park will be on the right 1/4 mile. |
Basil Green
Take Hwy 21 to Beaufort. Just past the Beaufort National Cemetery
on your left, take a left onto Rodgers Street. Basil Green is just
past the cemetery on the left. (1500 Rodgers Street) |
Beaufort Academy (Beaufort)
Take 17 south following signs to Beaufort. Turn left onto
Highway 21 in Gardens Corner. Stay on Highway 21 business,
traveling past the K-Mart, Holiday Inn, National Cemetery, around
a 90-degree turn and straight over the old downtown bridge
connecting Beaufort with Ladies Island. Go through the first stop
light on Ladies Island and take the next left just past Publix
Grocery Store. Stay on that road about 2 miles and you will see BA
on your right. There is a bathroom and bleachers available. |
Bluffton Academy (Bluffton)
Take I-26 East to I-526 West toward Savannah. Continue to the end
of I-526 and take a right onto Highway 17 (Savannah Highway).
Continue on Highway 17 for approximately 50 miles and connect to
I-95 South toward Savannah. Continue for approximately 25 miles
to Highway 278 East. Exit toward Hilton Head and continue for
approximately 15 miles. Turn right onto Highway 46 toward
Bluffton. |
Boyles (Hampton)
From Walterboro follow Hwy 63 South to traffic light in
Varnville and turn right onto Hwy 278 and follow until passing
Bi-Lo and Maxway, then turn left into soccer complex. |
Burton Wells Park (Beaufort)
Take I-95 south to exit 33
(Hwy 17 north). Follow 17N to Highway 21. Turn right onto
Highway 21 and continue approximately 10 1/2 miles toward
Beaufort. Bear to the right onto Ingress Road and merge onto
Laurel Bay Road (SC-116). After approximately 1 1/2 miles, turn
left onto Stanley Road (not Stanley Farm Road). Go to the end
of Stanley Road and take a left onto Pine Grove Road. Take your
first right onto Burton Wells Road. The park is approximately
1/2 mile after the turn. |
Cathedral (North Charleston)
Follow Hwy 17A until you get to Hwy 642 (Dorchester Road)
which will veer off to the right. Follow Dorchester Rd. to Ashley
Phosphate Rd. Turn left onto Ashley Phosphate, look for the
Cathedral of Praise (Cathedral Academy) on your left and turn in
there. |
Charleston Collegiate (John's
Island) Formerly Sea Island Academy Take I-26 East to
I-526 West toward Savannah. Continue to the end of I-526 and turn
right onto Highway 17 (Savannah Highway). Continue for
approximately 5 miles and turn left onto Main Road. (This is the
turn to access Kiawah and Seabrook Islands.) Continue on Main
Road for approximately 8 miles. (Main Road becomes Bohicket Road
after crossing Maybank Highway.) Turn left onto Plow Ground Road,
then take the first left onto Academy Drive. Charleston
Collegiate is at the end of Academy Drive. |
Corrine Jones (Charleston)
Follow Hwy 17 to downtown toward Mt. Pleasant, we will turn
left onto Ashley Ave., it is one way and this is after the sharp
curves. Follow Ashley Ave. to Mary Murry Drive and turn right,
then right onto Cleveland St., then left onto Rutledge Ave. and
then left onto Maple St. When you get to the end of Maple St. you
will see the field in front of you. |
C.E. Williams (West Ashley)
Formerly Drayton Elementary Take I-26 East to I-526 West
toward Savannah. Exit at Ashley River Road (Highway 61) and bear
right (North) at the end of the exit ramp. At the first light, by
the Home Depot and the Wal-Mart, take a right onto Magwood Drive.
Magwood will end at Highway 61. Take a left and continue for
approximately 3 1/2 miles. You'll see a large graveyard on the
left. Immediately past that you will see C.E. Williams School on
the left. The fields are behind the school. |
Danny Jones Rec Center

Take I-26 to the East Montague Avenue exit. Travel approximately
1 1/2 miles on East Montague towards Park Circle and take a left
onto Mixon Avenue. |
Dogwood Park (Goose Creek)
From Summerville take 78 or Ladson Road towards Ladson. Get on
College Park
Road and cross over I-26. Turn right into Crowfield Blvd and
follow it all the way to its entrance on 176. Turn right. Turn
left onto Thomason which turns into Liberty Hall Road as soon as
it crosses 52. The field is about a mile down the road on the
right hand side. |
Drayton Middle School
Once on Hwy 17 to Charleston turn left on Bees Ferry Road, this is
just before you get to traffic light with BP station and Burger
King, if you missed the turn take a left at the traffic light, go
to stop sign and take a right on to Bees Ferry Road. Follow this
through the first traffic light to the second traffic light, turn
left onto Hwy 61 (Ashley River Rd). Follow Hwy 61, C.E. Williams
Middle School (Drayton Middle School) will be on the left. |
Foster Creek Park (Goose Creek)
Take Highway 52 West toward Moncks
Corner. Cross under the overpass at the Highway 78 Exit which
is just past Stokes Honda (on the right). Take the next exit
immediately following the overpass onto NAD Road. Take a right
at the first stop light onto Snake Road, and then take the
second right onto Foster Creek Road. The fields are on the
right just past the school. |
Hampton Park (Charleston)
Take I-26 East to the Rutledge Avenue exit (#219A). Continue
straight on Rutledge for approximately 1 1/2 miles. The park is
on the right. |
James Island (James Island)
Take Hwy 64 from Walterboro to Jacksonboro. Get onto US17
North going towards Charleston. Once on US17 in Charleston look
for Gerald's Tires, an orange building, and a Krispy Kreme on the
left. From Krispy Kreme you will go less than 2 miles and turn
right onto road 171 which is Folly Road. Follow Folly Road to Ft.
Johnson road, this intersection is at a red light with a BP
Station and K-Mart. Turn left onto Ft. Johnson road and follow Ft.
Johnson road. The soccer club is on the right. (The first set of
fields you see is the ANNEX fields, the second set of fields past
James Island High School is the main soccer complex) |
Long Point Field (Mt. Pleasant)
This is a single field off Long Point Road in Mount Pleasant.
Once in Charleston get on the Mark Clark (I-526) towards Mount
Pleasant. Go over the Cooper and Wando and after the second high
bridge, take the Long Point Road exit. Make a left at the stop
sign and proceed under the Interstate. About 2 miles down this
road (and ½ mile from the intersection with 17N) turn left into
Palmetto County Park and follow the road to the clubhouse, pool,
tennis courts and soccer field on the left-hand side. The field is
visible from the road. |
Park West (Mt. Pleasant)
Take I-26 East to I-526 East toward Mt. Pleasant. Exit at Long
Point Road and turn left (North). Long Point will end at Highway
17. Turn left (North) onto Highway 17 and continue for
approximately 3 miles. Turn left into Park West and look for the
signs for the recreation facilities which will be about 1/4 mile
from the entrance on the left side. |
Patriot's Point (Mt. Pleasant)
Take Hwy 64 from Walterboro to Jacksonboro, get on US17 North,
this will go to Mt Pleasant. After crossing the Arthur Ravenel Jr.
Bridge stay to your right as you exit the bridge, this will be
Coleman Blvd. At the first traffic light turn right into Patriots
Point. You will see the fields on your left. |
Randolph Park (West Ashley)
Take I-26 East to I-526 West toward Savannah. Continue to the end
of I-526 and take a left (East) onto Highway 17 (Savannah
Highway). Go approximately 3/4 mile and take a right onto Wappoo
Road. Take the second left off Wappoo Road onto Pinckney Park
Drive. Go one block to Braxton Avenue and the field is on the
left. PLEASE NOTE....There are no restroom facilities at this
location, and parking is not permitted on the streets immediately
adjacent to the field. |
Roper North (North Charleston)
Take Highway 17 to Charleston. Once in Charleston get on Hwy 7
(Sam Rittenburg) which goes in front of the Citadel Mall and
follow, go across the Ashley River, past I26 and turn right onto
Azalea Drive at traffic light, then go .7 miles and turn right
onto Baker Hospital Blvd. Field is on the right. |
Summerville (Summerville)
Take Hwy. 17A from Walterboro until you get to Hwy 642
(Dorchester Road) which will veer off to the right. Follow
Dorchester Rd. to Trolley Rd. which will be the forth traffic
light and turn left. Follow Trolley Rd. to the first traffic light
and turn left and follow until you see the SSC sign on the right
and turn in. |
Trident Academy (Mt. Pleasant)
- 2 options
1. Take Hwy 17 North and go through Charleston to Mt.
Pleasant. After crossing the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge stay on Hwy 17 N.
and go to the 7th traffic light (this includes the emergency
lights) and take a left onto Bowman Road. There is a McDonald's, Arby's and a hospital at the intersection. After one-half mile,
take a right at the traffic light onto Mathis Ferry Road. After
about one mile, take a left onto Whipple Road at Wando High
School. After about one-half mile, take a left onto Wakendaw Road
at the tennis courts, there is a small green sign with Trident
Academy on the right side of the road. Trident Academy is about
one-half mile at the end of this road, the field is behind the
school.
2. Take 526 East toward Mt. Pleasant. Exit at Long Point
Road and turn left (North). Continue for approximately 1 mile and
turn right onto Whipple Road. Go approximately 1/2 mile and turn
right onto Wakendaw Road at the tennis courts. Trident Academy is
approximately 1/2 mile on the left and the field is behind the
school. |
Wade Hampton High (Varnville)
Take
Highway 63 West to Varnville. Just before reaching the end of
Highway 63, before crossing the railroad tracks at Carolina Avenue
(Highway 278), take a right onto Palmetto Avenue. Continue
approximately 1 mile on Palmetto Avenue and the school is on the
right. Enter through the gates on either side of the baseball
field. Soccer games are held on the football field. |
West Ashley Middle (West
Ashley) Take I-26 East to I-526 West toward Savannah.
Exit at the second Ashley River Road (Highway 61) Exit and go
around the bend. After approximately 1/2 mile, take a left at the
first light onto William Kennerty Drive. Go around the bend,
through the next light and the school will be on the right. |
West Ashley Park (West Ashley)
Once on Hwy 17 to Charleston turn left on Bees Ferry Road,
this is just before you get to traffic light with BP station and
Burger King, if you missed the turn take a left at the traffic
light, go to stop sign and take a right on to Bees Ferry Road.
Take Bees Ferry to the first light and turn right onto Glenn
McConnell Parkway (map shows this as Hwy 61 Expressway). Go 3/4
mile and turn left on Mary Ader Avenue into West Ashley Park.
There is a small green sign. If you come to the Home Depot or
Lowes or St. Francis Hospital you have gone way too far. |
